How we build your websiteThe design, build and payment of your website is done in several phases. The first phase is to make a list of all of your requirements and wishes, this will allow us to give you an online quote. You can complete the first phase online by using the online offer calculator. If you have any questions along the way, we are there to help so please don't hesitate to contact us if you require assistance. Negeso works based on fixed prices. If you agree with the proposal that we make, your project will be taken to the next phase. We will then make a web design for your website based on your input in the design intake. The design intake allows you to tell us what you want and don't want on your website. The web design proposal is the visual design of the main page(s) of your website. After this, you will get to choose which modules you want to have. Once you have made your final decision on the modules you want, you final blueprint will be complete. This blueprint will then be used to build your website. Any custom modifications will then be built for you. You will be able to use your website in the demo form and fill it with content. You determine when your website will be made publicly accessible on the internet.
The progress of the phases is monitored and managed online in the Customer Portal. Negeso only goes to the next stage after the results of the previous phase has been approved. Payment is per phase and can be completed in the Customer Portal. All popular worldwide payment systems are supported.

Our approach to building a website consists of 10 main stages. We will keep you up to date with each stage in the Customer Portal, each stage will requires your input and will also require you to confirm that you are happy with the completed stage.
1. Start: Tell us your requirements + online quote
In the online Offer Configurator you will be able to tell us what you want and what your requirements are for your website. You will be able to choose from various editions of Negeso Website/CMS. Each edition focuses on a particular business goal, big or small, from regional to multinational. If you need more information and advice on which edition is best for you, please contact us, we are always available to help you. You can make a preliminary decision on which of the optional modules you would like to have on your selected edition. The choice of optional modules is preliminary at this stage, it will be made final later. You will now have an online quote and price of your configuration. Negeso works on the basis of fixed prices for all products and services and modules (except for custom development). This means that Negeso will make your website for the price that you see in the price calculation, there will be no surprises later on. Your configuration will be stored in the Customer Portal so that you can refer to whenever you wish.
2. Intake Design
The website should display the message and identity that you want your business to portrait. It will help show your customers what kind of person/business you are. To achieve a good web design you will have to complete an intake design questionnaire as detailed as possible. This is your opportunity to tell us what you want your website to do and what your requirements are. You will be able to tell us what your target groups are, the objectives of the website, your message and identity, what your strengths are, your corporate identity (logos, fonts, colours) and also show us some sample websites of what you like and dislike. The completed intake design document is part of the project information and can be found in the Customer Portal. If you require advice and support, please don't hesitate to contact us.
3. Web design proposal
The next stage is the web design proposal stage. In this stage our web designers will create a graphic design of your website for you based on the answers you gave in the intake design form. The web design determines the look and feel of your website and the basic layout of the different types of pages. The number of different types of pages that will be built as well as the number of templates that will be used for your website will depend on the edition that you have chosen. In the Standard Edition for example, there are two types of pages: the home page and content page. It is of course possible to add more page templates to your design. The web design proposal will be given to you as images that you can view in the Customer Portal. Any feedback that you may have will then be processed by us, from experience this usually takes 2 rounds of corrections to get right. Once you are satisfied with the results, we can finalized the web design and move onto the next stage.
4. Final choice of optional modules
In this phase you will make a final decision on which of the optional modules you want to have on your website. This can be done in the Configurator. You can delete any selected modules that you no longer wish to have and/or also add modules if you wish. If you would like to have any specific custom features developed, please describe your requirements in the project information. Once we have mutually agreed on the specifications of the custom features you would like to have we will continue to develop it. All of Negeso's quotes are fixed prices. If you agree with the quote for the custom feature, it will be added to the Change Requests phase in the project information. The blueprint of your website is now complete, it includes your web design, the modules you want, and any custom features you may have requested.
5. Construction site, from web design to website
In this phase our developers will build your website with Negeso Website/CMS. You do not need to know any programming or have any technical knowledge to add content to your website. The selected edition and modules will be implemented and the HTML page templates will be developed based on your web design. The implementation of the web design will be done with CSS to ensure that your corporate identity will be consistently implemented to your entire website. The result at this stage will be a demo website with pages that are functional. Your website will be delivered to you in demo form and you will be given the management login information.
6. Change requests
Any change requests that you may have will be built into your website. These changes will be fully tested and delivered to you in the demo environment.
7. Acceptance Test
During the acceptance test stage you will have the opportunity to see the result of the construction and change requests. If there are any errors so far, they will of course be fixed at this stage. Once you are satisfied and have accepted this stage, your website will move to one of our production servers.
8. Content filling & free hosting period
In this stage you will be able to add content to your website yourself with the use of our CMS. You can write text using our Negeso Rich Content Editor (very easy to use word processor), and your will be able to upload and place images on your website. It takes time to learn how to use any CMS, no matter how user friendly they may be. Due to this, Negeso offers all new customers free hosting for a period of two months. Our Support Desk is available for questions and to help you with any problems you may have.
9. Go Live
You decide when your site will become available to the public. This is done by associating your domain name(s) to your website. Your old website (if applicable) can also be stopped during this stage. The optional Insurance Browser Update will make sure that your website is always fully compatible with all popular browsers. Whenever your site becomes incompatible with a popular browser after an update, Negeso will adjust your site to become fully compatible again.
10. Aftercare
Once your web site is online, our support desk is here to help you with any questions or issues you may have. We offer all of our customers a full guarantee: So long as your site is hosted by us, we will fix any bugs for free. Our customers will also benefit from our regular special offers that we have throughout the year. You will also be able to purchase additional services through the management of your website and the Customer Portal, these include the following products and services:

- Get Negeso to check and correct grammar and spelling of your web pages.
- Buy extra language environments.

SEO
The Negeso Website/CMS meets all the technical requirements that Google and other search engines require in order for them to index your website properly. By optimizing your website for search engines (search engine optimization) you will increase the findability of your website to people you do not know and thus also improve the volume of potential customers that come and visit your website. Negeso Website/CMS fully integrates with our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tool Negeso-SEO. Negeso-SEO will measure the position of your website in Google using key search terms (called Google Pagerank). SEO-Negeso will automatically extract relevant keywords on Google from your website. You can optimize your website for search engines by writing and modifying the pages on your website to include specific search terms. Negeso-SEO will give you advice on which search terms will gain you a higher ranking.
