Negeso 18 go global features
There are many Free Trade Zones across the world. One of the largest is the European Union. The EU has over 508 million potential customers. However, gaining access to them from your business has obstacles. One major obstacle is the language barrier. The Negeso Content Management System (CMS) has over 18 features and optional modules which will tear down the language barrier and gain you access to new potential markets within the EU.
|Introduction of Negeso Go Global Features|
Creating and maintaining a multilingual website is a labor intensive process. Negeso has developed a set of tools that will take as much load as possible off of you. First of all, you will be able to create your own languages and regions on your website. You will also be able to translate your website, or parts, to any other language using our unique Website Translation Module. This module will automatically translate everything with one single click. The formatting will stay the same. The automatic translation may require editing. You can either do the editing yourself, or we can do it for you. We have a network of native speaking authors who can proofread and edit your translations for you. If you add new pages to your website in the future, you can also translate pages individually. You can write notes in any language environment. This is useful to record who is editing the language environment or to create to-do lists.
As an administrator, you will be able to specify how your multi-language website will be presented to your visitors and in which language. There are several options to help you with this. The standard language that your visitors will see when they visit your website will be based on their IP geographical region, browser language, or a set default language. You can make your choice in the Site Settings Module of the CMS. Depending on your edition, Negeso will build either a Language Selector or a Region/Language Selector on your website. Visitors will then be able to choose a language or region. If you switch the Geographic Region IP on, you will also be given the option to enforce this. This can be useful if you have different pricing strategies for different regions.
|Go Global Features available in Negeso W/CMS|
All of our Negeso Website/CMS 3.0 editions offer multiple languages in one website, including our English Edition. You can have as many languages in one website as you need. All of the components in our CMS are multilingual: menus, pages, news lists and news articles, products, etc. You can also use the CMS itself to create and delete languages. For this, Negeso W/CMS uses the Google language codes.
Website Translation Module
The Website Translation Module, which comes as a standard feature in our Multi-Language Edition, allows you to translate either an entire language environment within your website or parts of it to any language. You can also translate news and URL links, and you will also be able to take notes.
Spelling and Grammar Module
The Grammar and Spelling Check and Correction Module will get our native translators to check your webpages for spelling and grammatical errors. This will be done for a fixed price per page.
Link language to a specific domain
You will be able to associate a language with a specific domain. For example: our main website is http://www.negeso.com/ and is associated with English. For each country we have a separate domain: http://www.negeso-cms.de/ for German or http://www.negeso.nl/ for Dutch. You will also be able to choose whether you would like to see the language selector or not. Or whether you want it to redirect to your homepage, or if you don't want it to redirect at all.
Visitor language mapping
You can specify what the appropriate language or region is for your visitors. You can either:
Twitter, Facebook links are language-specific
Linking the Social Media Module with Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook is language-specific. You will be able to choose a different Facebook, LinkedIn or Twitter account for each language. For example, Negeso has a Dutch Twitter account "Negeso" as well as an English Twitter account "Negeso EN".
Create your own regions
In our Enterprise Edition you will be able to use the Multi-Region Module to create regions by yourself. These regions can encompass multiple countries. This allows you to target any specific region with different product lines and prices.
Link multiple domain names to a single website
You will be able to link multiple domain names to a single website in all of our CMS editions. By using aliases and redirection rules you will be able to redirect a domain homepage to a specific page of a website.
Language and Region Selector
The Language Selector, which comes as a standard feature with our Multi-Language Edition, allows your visitors to select their preferred language. With the Region Selector, which comes as a standard feature with our Enterprise Edition, your visitors will be able to select which region they prefer.
Homepage for each language/region
You will be able to set a homepage for each language and region in the Site Settings Module. This allows you to set a different homepage for each language.
Default meta tags for each language/region
You will be able to set the default values for the meta tags "description" and "keywords" in each language and region. As these tags are important for your search engine rankings, they will be from your homepage. If the page tags must have the same tags as the homepage, the tags can remain empty.
Language-independent URL routing to the appropriate language
You will be able to automatically redirect a language-independent URL to the appropriate language setting. One example within this Negeso website is http://www.negeso.com/negeso_modules.html. The Negeso website automatically detects your language and will display the correct language. Of course you can also directly refer to languages such as http://www.negeso.com/negeso_modules_en.html. This URL is also an alias of the page that you can go to via our menu. We have created an alias because the Negeso website works with language-specific URLs.
You will be able to specify what words must not be translated. For example, one of our products "SiteMentrix" would be translated into English as "Site Tutor". However, since we have put SiteMentrix on the non-translatable words list, it now does not get translated.
If you record a word or phrase in the Global Placeholder list, you will be able to refer to this list in your texts. The advantage of this is that you will be able to change all entries of that word all at once. You can use this feature in many ways, for example, with the use of brand names or prices.
Multi-Language Dead Link Checker
The Dead Link Checker Module provides an overview of all broken links pointing to: 1) external links, 2) internal broken links, 3) links to other languages.
You will be able to set the language for each text that is generated by the CMS. For example, in www.negeso.com this would be "Choose your language".
24/7 VIP Support Module
The 24/7 VIP Support Module offers you support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can write texts on your website in the alphabet of the language.
